Dark lager is characterised by its rich head, sweet taste, gentle bitterness and deep black colour. The beer is brewed using a traditional technological approach: first it’s fermented in open fermenting rooms before maturing at low temperatures in lagering cellars. For several years, now, Rebel Dark has been regularly winning awards at beer-tasting competitions both in the Czech Republic and abroad.
