RETURN POLICY
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Per California State Law, alcohol returns can only be accepted if the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption or purchased in error. Contact Us within 3 days from receiving the order to request the return. Returned products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and freight unless otherwise noted. Shipping charges are not refundable. Orders cancelled during transit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee along with shipping costs. If you purchased products in our store, return to the store for processing.

DAMAGED ORDERS
Contact Us immediately if the order delivered contained a damaged bottle or packaging. Please note that damaged products must be returned to receive a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
WRONG ORDERS
In the rare case that the order received was incorrect, Contact Us immediately for specific instructions.
LOST ORDERS
For packages that are lost or unable to track, Contact Us immediately. If we are unable to track your item, we will file a claim with the shipper and provide options for a refund or replacement.
