In-Store Pickup Policy

Age Verification

All alcohol purchases require verification that the person collecting the order is at least 21 years of age. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at pickup, and a signature may be required upon receipt. Orders will not be released without successful age verification and signature confirmation.

In-Store Pickup

Online orders may be picked up at any participating Super King Markets location. Once your order is ready, a ShopSK team member will notify you via the email address and/or phone number provided at checkout. Orders may be picked up inside the store at the ShopSK Counter located in the liquor department.

To pick up an order, the customer must present the order number (printed, text message, or email), a valid government-issued photo ID, and the credit card used to place the order. Orders will only be released once all details are verified, the customer confirms they are of legal drinking age, and the customer inspects and approves the items. A signed acknowledgment of receipt in good condition is required at pickup. No exceptions.

Please allow 2–3 hours for in-store pickup order processing. Orders placed after 5:00 PM are not guaranteed same-day pickup and are subject to availability. A ShopSK team member will contact the customer if there are any issues with the order.

Unclaimed pickup orders will be held for 7 days from the date of fulfillment. Failure to pick up within this period will result in a refund to the original form of payment, less a 20% restocking fee.

Delivery Through Instacart

ShopSK does not ship orders or offer its own delivery service. If you would like your order delivered, you can shop Super King Markets — including wine, beer and spirits — on Instacart. Delivery through Instacart is provided by Instacart and is subject to its own availability, fees, age-verification process and terms.

Non-Business Days & Holidays

Pickup order processing may be limited on Saturdays, Sundays, and the following holidays:

New Year’s Day · Memorial Day · Independence Day · Labor Day · Thanksgiving Day · Christmas Day

Pickup schedules surrounding holidays may vary. If a holiday affects your order, a ShopSK team member will let you know when it is ready.

Fees & Charges

Approved cancellations, unclaimed pickup orders, and other orders requiring reversal or restocking may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, except where prohibited by law.
