IN-STORE PICKUP 

Online orders have the option of In-Store Pickup at any of the convenient Super King Markets locations. ShopSK team member will notify the customer via the provided email and/or phone number once the online order is available for pick-up. Customers can pick up their order inside the store at the ShopSK Counter location in the liquor department. Order number (printed, text or email), valid photo ID, along with the credit card used at checkout is required to pick up orders in store. Orders will only be released once the details are verified, customer approves items and is of legal drinking age, no exceptions. Please allow 2-3 hour for all In-Store pickup order processing. Orders placed after 5 PM are not guaranteed same day pick-up and are subject to availability. A ShopSK team member will contact customer if there are any issues with the order.

In-Store Pickup Orders will be held for 7 Days of purchase date, after this time we will refund to the original form of payment and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

SAME-DAY ALCOHOL DELIVERY NEAR ME

Local same-day delivery option is available in Los Angeles and Orange County only. Delivery fees may vary based on options chosen at checkout. Customers can choose from the available delivery window options at checkout. Orders placed after 5 PM are not guaranteed for same-day delivery. These orders will automatically be changed to the next available delivery, time frame and charged the corresponding delivery fee. An adult of legal drinking age must provide a valid photo ID and a signature at the point of receipt. Any special delivery instructions must be added at checkout before order is finalized.

If no one of legal drinking age is available to accept the order, we will attempt a re-delivery on the next business day. The customer will be charged for the re-delivery at the same rate as the original delivery (if any).

GLS GROUND SHIPPING

Ground Shipping is ONLY available in the State of California. Please check with your state and local agencies to determine if wine and spirits are permitted to be shipped to your address. Buyer accepts full responsibility for complying with state and local laws. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination address. No purchases of alcoholic beverages will be made to any person under the age of 21. Delivery carrier will require proof of age and an adult signature. Special delivery instructions need to be added when you place your order.

The shipping company will make a few attempts to deliver your order before returning your order back to ShopSK. There is an additional charge to re-shipping back to the buyer.  All shipping prices and estimates are based on your destination.

We process shipping orders Monday-Friday.

GLS Ground Shipping:

  • Orders placed before 12 noon EST: Will be processed the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, it will deliver in 2-3 business days.
  • Orders placed after 12 noon EST: Will be processed the next business day. Once your order has shipped, it will deliver in 2-3 business days

Customers will receive an e-mail when the order has been processed. The email will include the order’s tracking number which will allow the customer to track the progress via gls-us.com

Note: Non-business days are Saturday, Sunday and the following holidays*/dates:

  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

*The pickup and delivery schedules for days surrounding holidays may change depending on the day of the week on which holidays are observed in any year. Packages scheduled for delivery on a holiday will be delivered on the next business day following the holiday according to the service standard chosen.

Products cannot be shipped to an APO, FPO, PO Box or International

All shipping processing times are during business days, Monday - Friday. Most orders will be shipped as soon as they are verified; however, some orders will have delays due to availability and/or verification. If this occurs, a ShopSK customer service member will notify you with updates and/or suggestions for your order. When ordering, please make sure that your billing address corresponds with the billing address your issuing credit card bank has on file for you. Orders will not be shipped until address and age verification can be obtained.
