Is there a minimum order?

No – we are happy to ship any order.

What forms of payment do you accept online?

We accept all major credit cards, SHOP Pay®, Google Pay® and Apple Pay®.

Payments are processed at the time of purchase of products. Credit cards aren’t charged until your order ships or ready to pick-up at the store. If you see a pending charge on your account prior to this, it’s an authorization to ensure the funds are available.

Can we ship to your state?

We only ship in the State of California.

Pickup (Any Super King Location)

Can I arrange to pickup an order?

Online orders have the option of In-Store Pickup at any of the conveniently located Super King Markets. A ShopSK team member will notify the customer via the provided email and/or phone number once the online order is available for pick-up. Customers can pick up their order inside the store at the ShopSK Counter located in the liquor department. Your order number (printed, text or email), valid photo ID, and along with the credit card used at checkout is required to pick up orders in store. Orders will only be released once the details are verified and the customer is of legal drinking age, no exceptions. Please be aware that there is a 2-3 hour processing window for all In-Store pickup orders.

Schedule Same-Day Delivery

Local Same Day Delivery can be scheduled for a future date within the available delivery windows shown during checkout.

Shipping (Next day or ground)

Shipping delivery charges vary. To view shipping costs, please sign in and fill your shopping cart with the items you wish to purchase. During the checkout process, you will be given the shipping options and quotes for your specific order, all before entering any billing information.

Change in your order status

While we aim to hold all items featured on our website in stock, there are occasions when, due to high demand, we run out of certain items. Should this occur while processing your order, we will contact you either by telephone or email to advise you. We will give you the opportunity to select an alternative item, cancel the item from your order, or wait for the product to come back into stock – the choice is yours.  

Can I send my order to a different address?

Yes – just enter the name and address of the person you want us to deliver in the 'Delivery Details' section when you are placing your order. Recipient must be of legal drinking age, 21 years or older, and have their valid photo ID at the time of delivery.

What happens if my parcel is damaged when it arrives?

You should Contact Us immediately if this happens. If you sign for your parcel and subsequently find that something inside is damaged, please take photos of the damaged box and contents before disposing of them and email them to us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement for you.

Is your site secure?

Yes – ShopSK has put in place several foolproof security measures to protect our users, some of which we may not be able to disclose. SSL protects our buyers' transactions and provides visitors with proof of our digital identity. With SSL, your online transactions are secure, confidential, and integral; removing the risks associated with trading over the internet. SSL is the standard security technology for creating an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browser remains private and integral.

Is my privacy assured?

Yes – we take your privacy very seriously and will only use any information you supply to us lawfully and for the purposes of your transaction with us, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Your details will never be sold or supplied by us to any other companies.

Can I add or remove an item from my completed order? Can I modify or make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is completed, we cannot make any modifications or changes to the order. We must cancel the order and a new order must be created with the desired changes. This is to ensure the accuracy of every order.

Can I return, cancel or receive a refund on my order?

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Please see our full Returns & Cancellations policy.

How can I cancel an online order I never picked up at the store?

If you have not picked up your order and you want to cancel it, please contact the store directly. We can return your order and issue a full refund.

I was shipped the wrong product/damaged product. How Can I get a replacement?

In the rare case that the order received was incorrect, Contact Us immediately for specific instructions. You will need your order number, name, and phone number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You'll receive a confirmation email once we've issued your credit or exchange. We ask that you allow a few business days for your credit card company or bank to process the credit or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Product Availabilty

Pictures are for illustration only as the product labels and bottle shapes can change anytime without notice, as some companies/distillers update their packaging and/or it may be a limited item. We ship the latest of what the importer and the distributor deliver to us. We do our best to constantly update the product to the most recent design, but if you are specifically looking for a type of label, bottle shape or color product, please Contact Us before placing your order to ensure availability. We are subject to vendor availability and vintage on products.

If an item is on backorder we will update you with a status.

Gift Cards
Can a gift card be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Can gift cards be reloaded?

No, you can't reload a gift card.

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?

Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.

How to check gift card balance?

If a gift card is associated with a customer account, the customer can check the balance by using the link provided in the gift card email. For customers without accounts, please Contact Us to check the balance and send the information directly to you.

Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

Can I apply a discount code to my gift card purchase?

Most discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards.

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

Protecting Underage Persons

ShopSk takes care to protect the safety and privacy of persons under the age of 21. We do not ship to anyone under the age of 21. We also do not send emails or text messaging correspondence to anyone who tells us that they are under the age of 21.
