How much does delivery cost?

Is there a minimum order?
No – we are happy to ship any order.
What forms of payment do you accept online?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay®, Google Pay®, and Apple Pay®. Credit cards aren't charged until your order ships or is ready for pickup. If you see a pending charge prior to this, it's a temporary authorization to ensure the funds are available.
Can you ship to my state?
We only ship within the State of California.

Can I send my order to a different address?
Yes – just enter the name and address of the recipient in the Delivery Details section when placing your order. The recipient must be of legal drinking age (21+) and have their valid photo ID at the time of delivery.
Can I arrange to pick up an order?
Yes. Online orders can be picked up at any Super King Markets location at the ShopSK Counter in the liquor department. You'll be notified via email and/or phone once your order is ready. Bring your order number (printed, text, or email), valid photo ID, and the credit card used at checkout. Please allow a 2–3 hour processing window for all in-store pickup orders.
Can I schedule same-day delivery?
Local same-day delivery can be scheduled for a future date within the available delivery windows shown during checkout.
How does shipping work?
Shipping delivery charges vary. To view costs, sign in and fill your cart with the items you wish to purchase. During checkout, you will be given shipping options and quotes for your specific order — all before entering any billing information.
What happens if my parcel is damaged when it arrives?
Contact us immediately. If you find damaged contents after signing for your parcel, take photos of the damaged box and contents before disposing of them and email them to us so we can arrange a replacement.
What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
We aim to keep all items in stock, but high demand can occasionally cause shortages. If this happens, we will contact you by phone or email to offer the option to select an alternative item, cancel the item, or wait for it to come back in stock — the choice is yours.
Can I add, remove, or modify items in my completed order?
Unfortunately, once an order is completed we cannot make modifications. We must cancel the order and a new one must be created with the desired changes. This ensures the accuracy of every order.
Can I return, cancel, or receive a refund on my order?
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Please see our full Returns & Cancellations policy.
How can I cancel an online order I never picked up?
If you have not picked up your order and want to cancel it, please contact the store directly. We can return your order and issue a full refund.
I was shipped the wrong or damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Contact us immediately with your order number, name, and phone number. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send a confirmation email when your credit or exchange has been issued. Please allow a few business days for processing.
Note: you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund.
Are prices subject to change?
Yes — prices are subject to change without notice.
Why does the product I received look different from the photo?
Pictures are for illustration only. Product labels and bottle shapes can change at any time without notice as companies update their packaging, or the item may be limited. We ship the latest available from our importers and distributors. If you're looking for a specific label, bottle shape, or color, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
I am a new vendor. How do I get in touch?
We're always looking to expand our selection with new and exciting brands. Submit your product details by email at info@shopsk.com.
Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
Can gift cards be reloaded?
No, gift cards cannot be reloaded.
Can more than one gift card be used toward a purchase?
Yes. A customer can redeem multiple gift cards during checkout.
How do I check my gift card balance?
If a gift card is associated with a customer account, you can check the balance using the link in the gift card email. For accounts without a login, please contact us and we'll send the balance directly to you.
Can a gift card be used to buy another gift card?
No, gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?
Yes — gift cards are applied to the final order total, which includes shipping and taxes.
Can I apply a discount code to a gift card purchase?
Most discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards.
Can gift cards be used together with a discount code?
Yes — gift cards are a form of payment and can be used alongside discount codes.
Is your site secure?
Yes. ShopSK uses SSL encryption to protect all transactions, creating an encrypted link between the web server and your browser so all data remains private and secure. Your details will never be sold or supplied to any other companies.
Is my privacy assured?
Yes — we take your privacy very seriously and will only use any information you supply to us lawfully and for the purposes of your transaction. Your details will never be sold or supplied to any other companies.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the Sign In page, click the "Forgot your password" link. An automatic email will be sent with a link to reset your password. If you're still having issues, please contact us.
How does ShopSK protect underage persons?
ShopSK takes care to protect the safety and privacy of persons under the age of 21. We do not ship to anyone under 21 and do not send email or SMS correspondence to anyone who identifies as under 21.
