No – we are happy to ship any order minimum.

What forms of payment do you accept online?

We accept credit cards for online orders: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Can we ship to your state?

Pick up (Any Super King Location)

Can I arrange to pick up order right away?

We can have your order ready for pick up in as little as one hour! Please be sure you bring ID and the credit card used when you submitted the order. We will not release your order to anyone picking up your order with a different credit card from the one used to make your online purchase. Anyone who picks up must be 21 and over.

Schedule Same-Day Delivery

Our Same Day Delivery can be scheduled for a future date within a 2-hour time window.

Shipping (Next day or ground)

Shipping delivery charges vary. To view shipping costs, please sign in and fill your shopping cart with the items you wish to purchase. During the checkout process, you will be given the shipping options and quotes for your specific order, all before entering any billing information.

Change in your order status

While we aim to hold all items featured on our website in stock, there are occasions when, due to high demand, we run out of certain items. Should this occur while processing your order, we will contact you either by telephone or email to advise you of. We will give you the opportunity to select an alternative item, cancel the item from your order, or to wait for the product to come back into stock – the choice is yours.  

Can I send my order to a different address?

Yes – just enter the name and address of the person you want us to deliver to in the 'Delivery Details' section when you are placing your order.

What happens if my parcel is damaged when it arrives?

You should Contact Us immediately if this happens. If you sign for your parcel and subsequently find that something inside is damaged, please take photos of the damaged box and contents before disposing of them and email them to us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement for you.

Are all of your bottles available to buy from the website?

Is your site secure?

Yes – ShopSK has put in place a number of foolproof security measures to protect our users, some of which we may not be able to disclose. SSL protects our buyers' transactions and provides visitors with proof of our digital identity. With SSL, your online transactions are secure, confidential and integral and the risks associated with trading over the internet are removed. SSL is the standard security technology for creating an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browser remains private and integral.

Is my privacy assured?

Yes – we take your privacy very seriously and will only use any information you supply to us lawfully and for the purposes of your transaction with us, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Your details will never be sold or supplied by us to any other companies.

Can I add or remove an item from my completed order? Can I modify or make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is completed we cannot make any modifications or changes to the order. We must cancel the order and a new order must be created with the desired changes. This is to ensure the accuracy of every order.

Can I return, cancel or receive a refund on my order?

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Cancelled orders during transit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee along with shipping costs. You have 7 days from the date you received your order to request a return. Reasons: damages by carrier or wrong bottle. No refunds on orders will be given otherwise.

How can I cancel an online order I never picked up at the store?

If you have not picked up your order and you want to cancel it, please contact the store directly. We can return your order and issue a full refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

I was shipped the wrong product/damaged product. How Can I get a replacement?

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact Us with details, remember to include your order number, name, and phone number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You'll receive a confirmation email once we've issued your credit or exchange. We ask that you allow a few business days for your credit card company or bank to process the credit or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.



I am a new vendor where can I submit my product information? Submit your product submission via Contact Us and provide the product name in the subject line.



Prices are subject to change without notice. Pictures are for illustration only as the products label and bottles shape can change anytime without notice, as some companies/distillers update their labels and bottles shape and/or it may be a limited item. We ship the latest of what the importer and the distributor deliver to us, We do our best to constantly update the product to the most recent design, but if you are specifically looking for a specific label, shape, or color of a product, please Contact Us before placing your order to ensure availability. We are subject to vendor availability and vintage on products.


Gift Cards

Can a gift card be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Can gift cards be reloaded?

No, you can't reload a gift card.

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?

Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.

How to check gift card balance?

If a gift card is associated with a customer account, then the customer can check the balance by using the link provided in the gift card email. For customers without accounts, please Contact Us to check the balance and send the information to the you.

Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

Can I apply a discount code to my gift card purchase?

Most discount codes cannot be applied to gift cards. The exception is a product specific discount code where the product is a gift card.

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.


Protecting Underage Persons

ShopSk takes care to protect the safety and privacy of persons under the age of 21. We do not ship to anyone under the age of 21. We also do not send emails or text messaging correspondence to anyone who tells us that they are under the age of 21.


Forgot my password, how do I retrieve

After clicking “sign in”, click on the “Forgot your password” link. An automatic email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password. If you still have problems logging in, Contact Us


Helpful Information

If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately and we can cancel your order. Cancelled orders in transit are subject up to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will only be eligible for damaged orders by the carrier.

Credit cards aren’t charged until your order ships or your pickup order is ready at the store. If you see a pending charge on your account prior to this, it’s an authorization to ensure the funds are available.

If an item is on backorder it should ship within 5-7 business days. We will update you if this is the case.
