The grapes are hand harvested and then pressed. After a cool 24 hour decantation process, the juice is fermented for 20 days at 14-16 degrees Celsius. The grapes for the wine are a blend of Kangun, Chardonnay, and Viognier. This Karas White Blend has intense ruby red color. Karas White Blend presents red fruit aromas, chocolate and sweet spices. Karas White Blend is elegant, with good acidity and sweet tannins. Excellent blend, expressive and lively. Its fruity aromas and great acidity makes the wine elegant and easy to drink. Pairs well with fish, seafood, pasta and fruit desserts.
