Welcome to the club. This cocktail is a close cousin of the Martini, but it has Gin! Yes. Gin. With Gin becoming the hottest trend in mixology, we thought it be best we show you how to create a bitter, yet remarkably smooth, Turf Club — the only club you won’t have to care about the ratio (guys know what I’m talking about)

What you’ll need:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Sweet vermouth
• 1 dash Orange Bitters
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters

How to make it:

Now it’s time to make the cocktail. Make sure to have a separate glass for mixing filled with ice. Have your actual drinking glass filled with ice to chill, leaving the ice for the actual drink is your own choice. The ice in the mixing glass will be left behind to avoid dilution.

1. Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until cold (for about 30 seconds).
2. Strain into a chilled coupe.
3. Garnish with a lemon peel.
