What you’ll need:
- 2 oz London Dry Gin
- 1 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 ½ oz spoons simple syrup
- To make simple syrup:
- Add the ½ cup of sugar and ½ cup of water to a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Strain into a jar and seal tightly with a lid.
- Simple syrup will keep, refrigerated, for about one month.
- ½ Club Soda
How to make it:
- Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup into a Collins glass.
- Fill with ice, top with club soda and stir.
