A high-quality mezcal from Xicaru, made by Fernando Santiba to his grandmother's recipe from agave espadin. An earthy, vegetal and citrus-rich mezcal. It is brought down to 40.5% ABV before bottling. Xicaru (zee-KAH-roo) is the Zapotec word for "beautiful".
