Gerolsteiner is a Mineral Water of outstanding quality. “Made in Germany” for more than 130 years since 1888. The water originates from the Volcanic Eifel in Germany. It is especially rich in natural carbonic acid and contains a lot of very finely dispersed carbonic acid and minerals also magnesium and calcium make it especially salubrious. High hydrogen carbonate content gives it its fresh flavor. Due to its volcanic origin, Gerolsteiner sparkling Mineral Water inherently contains valuable minerals like calcium, magnesium and bicarbonate. It is thus beneficial to the human body, as each mineral has a specific effect on our health: Calcium is important for healthy bones and teeth, while magnesium strengthens your muscles and nerves.

What to expect with a pre-order
Your card will not be charged until fulfillment. We charge your card only when the product arrives and your order is ready. You'll receive an email notification before the charge is processed.
Your bottle is reserved. Once you place a pre-order, we commit inventory with our vendor on your behalf. Your spot is held for the release.
Estimated arrival dates may change. Dates are based on the best information we have from our vendor. Allocation, shipping, and release timing can shift. We'll email you as soon as your bottle is ready for pickup or delivery.
Cancellations on pre-orders
Within 7 days of placing a pre-order: You can cancel for any reason, no questions asked. Just contact us.
After 7 days: Pre-orders are final sale. Cancellation requests after this window are subject to our standard Returns & Cancellation Policy, which may include restocking fees or the issuance of value as store credit or a ShopSK eGift Card at our sole discretion.
If ShopSK can't deliver a pre-order
If our vendor is unable to fulfill a pre-order, we'll notify you and issue a full refund. You'll never be charged for a pre-order we can't deliver.
Pickup and delivery
Once a pre-order arrives, standard pickup and delivery terms apply, including ID verification and the 7-day unclaimed order window for in-store pickup.
