No one answers to ANY questions! Call center ONLY takes a message (caller verifying process is pain in the butt! Call rep. askes tons of questions and repeats everything you said back to you!) and after ALL that tells you that someone will call back in one business day, but NO one returns your call! No one responds to your emails either! It seems like they do not want their tel / email be available and created a buffer zone between them and the customers. HORRIBLE! Never experienced anything like this before.
