Collection Cognac "Noy" by the Yerevan Brandy-Wine-Vodka Factory "Ararat" is named after the biblical Noah, who landed after the flood, according to legend, in the valley of Mount Ararat, the first vines, becoming the "progenitor" of viticulture and winemaking in Armenia.
Included in this collection of classic Armenian cognac "Noy ARASPEL" 7-year-old created from a blend of cognac spirits of the best white grapes of the Ararat valley - Mskhali, Voskehat, Garandmak and others, sometimes used a small amount of red varieties with white flesh. Alcohols are made by a single distillation method to Zurabov, and then kept for 7 years in oak barrels and the "rest" a further 3 months. Name of cognac "ARASPEL" comes from the ancient Armenian word, means "the myth, the legend." The main characteristics of this brandy are harmonious, dynamic, clarity. Cognac "Noy ARASPEL" 7-year-old received a silver medal at the exhibition "PRODEXPO-2006".
