The driver was amazing and accommodating and it wasn’t his fault, but we did pay to have my items delivered during a specific time window, and was over 3-4 hours late. We paid to have it delivered during that window so that someone would be available. My wife had to pick up my daughter from school but rush back to be able to receive the items we paid for. Great service but timing was off and inconvenienced us, the customer. The offered solution shouldn’t be “we can deliver it tomorrow” it should be a discount for the inconvenience, or something like that to make up for it for over promising and under delivering.
