Crafted with tradition, Mil Tiempos Artesanal Mezcal is made from 100% Espadín agave, matured over approximately 7 years in the pristine Sierra Sur mountains of Oaxaca. The piñas are baked in a conical stone oven using mesquite and oak wood, then ground in a traditional tahona (stone mill) pulled by a horse.

This mezcal delights the palate with silky, citrusy, and herbaceous notes, embodying the essence of the land where it was cultivated. During fermentation, it absorbs the rich flavors of the stalks covering the stones, resulting in a truly authentic and unforgettable taste experience.
