Orphan Barrel Forager's Keep 26 Yr Single Malt Scotch Whisky  Aromas of fruit and freshly cut, crisp red apple give way to a gentle vanilla creaminess sheltering dense, but distant orange peel for a mellow, warming taste with a hint of wood spices and a sweet finish.

Macallan 18 years Triple Cask is matured in a combination of Bourbon & Sherry Oak Casks. This range has been around for a few years now and seems to have weathered the storm it caused amongst the faithful when it was initially released. This one is probably the pick of the (Fine Oak) bunch.

Highlands, Scotland- Matured at the Macallan distillery for a minimum of 15 years in a unique blend of European and American sherry and bourbon seasoned oak casks.

Ultis is the first blended malt from Chivas Regal. A blend of five Speyside malts – Allt a'Bhainne, Braeval, Longmorn, Strathisla and Tormore – this is a rounded, complex and full-flavoured whisky.

Dried apricot and fresh oranges mingle with light smoke aromas. In the mouth, it leads with a touch of sweetness and soft vanilla and honey notes. Spice and smoke are subtle and integrate nicely with the exceptionally smooth mouthfeel.

An outstanding Highland Park, bottled at a remarkable 40 years old. They've done a good job on the presentation, too - extremely heavy box with proper hinges and magnetic closure, with a leather-bound booklet inside extolling the virtues of distillery and dram.

A new addition to the distinguished family of Balvenie vintage releases. This is described as an aromatic single malt with an explosion of flavors; zesty fruit, brambles, rich honey, brown sugar, and vanilla.

Originally produced for the American market, this is the oldest distillery bottling of Laphroaig, aged for 40 years and bottled at cask strength 42.4%. Highly acclaimed by the whisky community, being awarded an average rating of 90 points by the Malt Maniacs.

As the Balvenie DoubleWood range reaches its 25th birthday, it only seems fitting for the distillery in Speyside to mark this occasion with the release of Balvenie DoubleWood 25 Year Old! This expression was initially mature in traditional whisky casks, then given a three-month finishing period in Spanish oak ex-Oloroso sherry casks.

Highland Park 30-Year-Old merits time and attention. It has spent 30 years maturing so treat it with respect; you’ll discover the characteristic fudge sweetness together with complex aromatic spices and dark chocolate orange. It has a drying finish, leaving a gentle smoky flavor and a mildly salty aftertaste – the result of 30 years aging in the Orkney sea spray....

Aroma of citrus fruit, crisp sea breeze and salty tang that give way to notes of dried spices, seaweed, and oak on the palate. Finish is soft and elegant, with touches of smoke and fruit set against a slightly oily background.

Exotic Speyside fruit, Highland fruit, and West Highland fruit. The nose is full of fruit flavors. Deep rich flavors of baked pineapple, guava, fresh apple, peaches, and pears with toffee. The taste reveals for orchard fruits with vanilla sweets and candy underneath. The finish is long and fruity with a soft sweet vein of smoke underneath. Quite a pleasant experience....
