Aroma : sweet cooked agave! Small white jasmine flowers! Light acidity, fresh & crisp, light bitterness, a touch of black pepper spiciness, quite aromatic!

Palate : confirms aromas perceived, but in the mouth it feels watered down. Finish is medium very light sweet cooked agave with a hint of eight star anise.
