Ordered 4 bottles of Sangrita. Received 3 bottles of booze; Tequila, vodka and brandy. Called customer service when I received it. They took all my info and said they would refer to proper department. Nothing - no call, no email. Called again after two weeks. Took my info again same as before and said, as before, it would be referred to the proper department. I objected and said I wanted a response that day. Was told I would receive a phone call the next day.
Did not. I have filed a dispute with my credit card as well as entering this bad review.
