Raspberry Gin Rickey
Did you ever want to create a cocktail that would make your friends impressed, even your “alcohol-critic” friend who’s a part-time bartender at the local Cheesecake Factory? Look no further than the Raspberry Gin Rickey (Rickey for short).
What you’ll need:
- 1.5 oz gin (we like this one the most)
- 4 oz club soda
- 2 tbsp. simple syrup
- Fresh raspberries
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
How to make it:
Now it’s times to make the Sour Cherry Gin Smash. The drink isn’t hard to make and doesn’t require a shaker or any extra accessories
- Start with the natural stuff. Get the 2 raspberries and put them in your cup (a shorter whiskey style cup would be best). With a spoon, muddle the raspberries until the fruit become mix together.
- Finish with the good stuff. Next add your gin, then club soda, lime juice, syrup (like the kind you’d put on your waffles) and finally more un-muddle raspberries. A singular ice cube helps especially if the weather is hot.
- Top off. If you’re feeling fancy, put a few mint leaves in the drink and garnish the edge of the cup with a lime wheel.
Woah! You have just made a beautiful cocktail (we won’t judge if you put it on the gram). For quality cocktail ingredients and at home delivery, go to ShopSK.
