How Pre-Orders Work

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is an order placed for a product that has not yet arrived at ShopSK — typically an upcoming release, an allocated bottle, or a limited-availability item. When you place a pre-order, we use that demand to decide how much we commit to with our vendors, and your bottle is reserved for you as soon as the order is placed.

Why pre-order?

Allocated and limited-release bottles often sell out on arrival. A pre-order guarantees your spot so you don't have to check back or risk missing the release.

When am I charged for a pre-order?

Your card is not charged until the product arrives and your order is prepared for fulfillment. You'll receive an email notification before the charge is processed.

When will I receive my pre-order?

Estimated arrival dates are provided for reference and can change based on vendor availability, allocation, and shipping conditions. We'll email you as soon as your pre-order is ready for pickup or delivery. Once it's ready, standard pickup and delivery timelines apply.

What happens if the product never arrives?

If a vendor is unable to fulfill your pre-order, we'll notify you and issue a full refund. You will never be charged for a pre-order we can't deliver.

Canceling a Pre-Order

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes — within 7 days of placing your pre-order, you can cancel for any reason, no questions asked. Just contact us and we'll take care of it.

After 7 days, pre-orders are final sale. Cancellation requests received after the 7-day window are subject to our standard Returns & Cancellation Policy, which may include restocking fees or the issuance of value as store credit or a ShopSK eGift Card at our sole discretion.

Why are pre-orders final after 7 days?

We order allocated and limited-release bottles from our vendors based on customer pre-orders. Once the 7-day window closes, we've already placed our order with the vendor on your behalf, and the inventory is committed to you specifically. Please consider your pre-order carefully before the 7-day window ends.

What if my pre-order has already been prepared for pickup or shipped?

Once a pre-order has been processed, prepared for pickup, shipped, or is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled or modified. If there's an issue with your order after arrival, please see our Returns & Cancellation Policy.
