You agree not to use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to review and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or availability issues. We may request additional verification before processing any order.
Pricing & Availability
ShopSK runs ongoing promotions, weekly ads, and time-limited pricing across its catalog. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price at the time of purchase is the final sale price for that order.
ShopSK does not offer price matches or price adjustments. Subsequent changes in retail price — including promotional pricing, weekly sale pricing, or general price reductions after an order is placed — do not entitle the customer to a refund, price adjustment, or store credit.
In the event of pricing errors, inaccuracies, or system issues, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders at our sole discretion.
Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards
Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, apply only to qualifying purchases, and may be revoked in cases of misuse or fraud.
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash except where required by law. ShopSK is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use.
Promotional eGift Card expiration may vary between 3–12 months. Valid at shopsk.com online store only — not valid for in-store purchases. A minimum purchase is required before taxes and shipping. Your promotional eGift Card will be issued after your order is fulfilled (delivered or picked up) and sent to the email used at checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours after fulfillment for delivery. eGift Card is valid toward a future purchase only and cannot be applied to the original qualifying order.
Cancellation, return, or refund: if the qualifying order is canceled, refunded, or returned in part or in full before the promotional eGift Card is issued, the eGift Card will not be issued. If a promotional eGift Card has already been issued and the qualifying order is later canceled, refunded, or returned, the eGift Card may be voided or its value deducted from any refund, except where prohibited by law.

Shipping, Delivery & Pickup
All shipping, delivery, and pickup are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Alcohol deliveries require a valid government-issued ID, signature upon delivery, and the recipient must be of legal drinking age. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if age verification cannot be completed.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier or pickup by the customer. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damages caused by carriers, except as required by law.
Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to cancel any order, refuse service, suspend accounts, and void promotions or gift cards if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
Errors, Warranties & Liability
We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time. All services and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopSK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Indemnification & Governing Law
You agree to indemnify and hold ShopSK harmless from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders may be canceled or modified prior to fulfillment only. Once an order has been processed, prepared for pickup, shipped, or is out for delivery — it cannot be canceled or modified.
If a cancellation is approved prior to fulfillment, ShopSK reserves the right to issue the value as store credit or a ShopSK eGift Card instead of a refund.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-order items are reserved from limited inventory. Once a pre-ordered item arrives and the customer is notified that the order is ready, the customer must complete pickup, accept delivery, or otherwise finalize the order within 7 days of notification.
Pre-orders canceled more than 7 days after notification, or that remain unclaimed beyond the 7-day window, are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item price, in addition to any applicable shipping or handling charges, except where prohibited by law.
Price at the time of order is final. ShopSK runs ongoing promotions and weekly ads; subsequent retail price changes do not entitle the customer to a refund, price adjustment, or fee waiver.
No Price Adjustments
ShopSK does not offer price matches or price adjustments. Prices change frequently due to weekly ads, promotional pricing, vendor incentives, and market fluctuations.
The price at the time of purchase is the final sale price for that order. Any subsequent change in retail price does not entitle the customer to a refund, price adjustment, or store credit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We may require photos, order details, and additional verification. If approved, ShopSK will determine the resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund where required by law.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
Contact us promptly. If confirmed by the carrier, ShopSK will determine the resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or a refund where required by law. ShopSK is not responsible for delays or issues caused by carriers once the order has been transferred.
Delivery Failures & Refused Orders
If delivery cannot be completed due to no eligible recipient, failure to provide valid ID, or incorrect information — the order may be returned, cancelled, or subject to additional fees. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued as store credit only, less any applicable fees.
Store Credit & eGift Cards
All store credit and eGift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Store credit may be issued in place of refunds at ShopSK's sole discretion.

In-Store Purchases
Products purchased at a physical store location must be returned directly to the store and are subject to in-store policies and applicable laws.
Age Verification
All alcohol purchases require verification that the recipient is at least 21 years of age. A valid government-issued photo ID is required, may be scanned, and a signature is required upon receipt. Orders will not be released without successful age verification.
In-Store Pickup
Orders may be picked up at participating Super King Markets locations. Present your order confirmation, valid government-issued photo ID, and the credit card used at checkout. Processing time is typically 2–3 hours. Orders placed after 5:00 PM are not guaranteed same-day pickup.
Unclaimed orders not picked up within 7 days from the date of fulfillment will be refunded to the original form of payment, less a 20% restocking fee.
Same-Day Local Delivery
Available only in Los Angeles and Orange County. Delivery windows are selected at checkout. The recipient must be 21+, present valid ID, and be physically present. Failed deliveries may incur re-delivery fees.
GLS Ground Shipping (California Only)
Ground shipping is ONLY available within the State of California. Adult signature (21+) and valid ID required at delivery. Shipping orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST: processed same business day. Delivery typically within 2–3 business days after shipment.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST: processed the next business day. Delivery typically within 2–3 business days after shipment.
Customers receive an email confirmation once the order has been processed, including a tracking number to monitor shipment progress at gls-us.com.
Holidays
Non-business days include Saturdays, Sundays, and: New Year's Day · Memorial Day · Independence Day · Labor Day · Thanksgiving Day · Christmas Day. Packages scheduled for delivery on a holiday will be delivered on the next business day.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, ShopSK is not responsible for carrier delays, transit issues, or lost or damaged packages. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information and availability.
Important Notes
Alcohol products cannot be shipped to APO, FPO, PO Boxes, or international addresses. The billing address provided at checkout must match the billing address on file with the issuing credit card bank.
Orders will not be shipped or released until address verification and age verification are successfully completed.
Fees & Charges
Approved cancellations, unclaimed pickup orders, refused deliveries, returned shipments, and other orders requiring reversal or restocking may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, in addition to any applicable shipping, delivery, or handling charges, except where prohibited by law.

When you make a purchase we may collect your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and payment details. We also collect account and communication data, plus automatic data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies when you browse.
