All alcohol sales are final. Due to the nature of alcoholic products and applicable laws, ShopSK does not accept returns or provide refunds for alcoholic beverages once an order has been fulfilled, except where required by law or in cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Cancellations

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders may be canceled or modified prior to fulfillment, subject to approval.

Once an order has been:

  • Processed
  • Prepared for pickup
  • Shipped
  • Out for delivery

it cannot be canceled or modified.

If a cancellation or modification is approved prior to fulfillment, ShopSK reserves the right to issue the value as store credit or a ShopSK eGift Card instead of a refund.

Pre-orders are subject to additional terms. See the Pre-Order Policy section below.

Pre-orders

Pre-Order Policy

ShopSK offers pre-orders on upcoming releases, allocated products, and limited-availability items. A pre-order reserves your bottle with our vendor and guarantees your place for allocated and limited inventory.

Cancellations

  • Pre-orders may be canceled within 7 days of placing your order, no questions asked.
  • After 7 days, pre-orders are considered final sale. Cancellation requests received after the 7-day window are subject to the standard terms of this Returns & Cancellation Policy, including potential restocking fees and ShopSK's right to issue value as store credit or a ShopSK eGift Card at its sole discretion.
  • A mandatory acknowledgment is required at pre-order checkout confirming that the customer has read and agreed to this Pre-Order Policy.

If ShopSK Cannot Deliver

  • If a vendor is unable to fulfill your pre-order, or if the product cannot be delivered for any reason on ShopSK's end, we will notify you and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Estimated Arrival Dates

  • Estimated arrival dates are provided for reference only and are subject to change based on vendor availability, allocation, and shipping conditions.
  • A pre-order confirmation or arrival notification does not guarantee a specific delivery or pickup date.

Arrival & Fulfillment

  • Customers will be notified by email once their pre-order is ready for pickup or delivery.
  • Standard pickup and delivery terms apply from the time of arrival, including the 7-day unclaimed order window for in-store pickup.
  • Once a pre-order has been processed, prepared for pickup, shipped, or is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Pricing

Price Adjustments

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

The price at the time of purchase is final. ShopSK does not offer refunds for price differences.

Any approved price adjustments, if granted at our sole discretion, will be issued as store credit only.

Issues

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup if an order contains:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items

We may require:

  • Photos of the product
  • Order details
  • Additional information for verification

If the claim is approved, ShopSK will determine the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund (where required by law)
Lost orders

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If an order is lost or cannot be located, customers must contact us promptly.

If confirmed by the carrier, ShopSK will determine the resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund (where required by law)

ShopSK is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by carriers once the order has been transferred.

Failed delivery

Delivery Failures & Refused Orders

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • No eligible recipient present
  • Failure to provide valid ID
  • Incorrect delivery information

the order may be:

  • Returned
  • Cancelled
  • Subject to additional delivery fees

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued as store credit only, less any applicable fees.

Store Credit & eGift Cards

All store credit and eGift Cards:

  • Are non-refundable
  • Are non-transferable
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law)

Store credit may be issued in place of refunds at ShopSK's sole discretion.

In-store

In-Store Purchases

Products purchased at a physical store location must be returned directly to the store and are subject to in-store policies and applicable laws.

Right to refuse

ShopSK reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or claim if:

  • The request does not meet policy requirements
  • Fraud or abuse is suspected
  • Required documentation is not provided
