The Neyers Sage Canyon California Red Blend 2017 750ml is a 45% Carignan/25% grenache/15% Mourvedre/15% syrah blend sourced from old vine vineyards (Oakley 140yr old vines) in Sonoma and Santa Lucia highlands.
The wine is fermented with 100% stem inclusion crushed by foot and aged in neutral French oak. It offers a red-purple color with well-formed legs. The wine is dry and medium-bodied with balanced acidity and medium-plus phenolics. It's a very tasty rhone-Esque flavor with darker fruit and dusty notes. Spicy and alive.
