Newen Pinot Noir wines made from Pinot noir tend to have red fruit aromas of cherries, raspberries, and strawberries. Aromas contribute to the complexity of the wine. The vine is typically less vigorous than either of these varieties. In the winery, Newen Pinot Noir is sensitive to fermentation methods. Newen Pinot Noir has an intense ruby color with light halos. Well- fruited, elegant, fresh, with good body, ripe tannins, and a pleasant finish, on the nose, the aroma of fresh red fruits is produced in northern Patagonia, a region with regular winds that protect the vines from pests.
